Bright, airy and comfortable house, bathed in natural light. The L-shaped living area opens straight out onto the garden and the terrace. A parking space is right at the door.
The bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed with blackout curtains. A second bed (140 cm) is tucked into its own section of the living area. The sofa can sleep one or two comfortably.
Fully equipped kitchen. Freshly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
Drying rack, hair dryer, and iron.
Set in a romantic garden in a peaceful neighbourhood, the house is just a short walk from the Goldbergsee bird sanctuary. A bakery and several supermarkets are close by. The town centre, main train station and Bahnhof Nord are all within a 7 to 15 minutes walk, and from Bahnhof Nord you can reach Bamberg in just 20 minutes by train.
Wi-Fi is included. The house has a warm, lived-in feel with a mix of vintage furnishings — please note these may show some signs of wear. In the garden, you may meet our elderly dog Lila, a very gentle Golden Retriever.
