The apartment has a private balcony. Downstairs in the garden, the shared terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, grill/barbecue is fully equipped. There is a gated parking lot on the property for more than 10 cars. Remotes are provided to open/close the gate.

Over there you can find many shops, restaurants, ATM's, car and bike rental services, water sports, etc. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre is approximately 2 km away and can be also reached by walking (20 minutes). There is also a taxi boat that stops just 70 meters away from the property that will take you to Trogir centre. Split is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 8 km from the property.
The owners live in the house next door, and they are always available if you need any help. A security deposit is not required, but guests are asked to treat the apartment as their own home. City tax is included in the price.
