Work will include recoating walkways and private balconies. Guests should expect daytime construction noise, including grinding and demolition, as well as workers and equipment around the building. Balcony access may be restricted or unavailable for portions of a stay, and temporary walkway or unit-entry access restrictions may occur while coatings are removed, applied, and allowed to cure. It was good it needed another swimming pool, hot tub would of been nice, nice view of the beach, sitting relaxing drinking coffee was nice. Beach chairs and umbrella was much appreciated always had to rent them from other places we stayed at. Would recommend Emerald towers, every thing we needed to do was close by. Sincerely, Linda

We were tired and needed to get away,so we headed to Fort Walton Beach Florida with the prayer to find something nice and peaceful on a budget. When Colin told us to deal he had was to not believe it. It was an answer to our prayer. The condo was beautiful clean and had an amazing view from the living room and bedroom of the beach. We also had chairs and an umbrella reserve for us. This was such a wonderful stay. We will return.

Enjoyed the great gulf view and the location of Okaloosa Island. The included chair and umbrella service was a special bonus. Some of the furnishings are showing some age and where and tear, but overall, a very comfortable stay.
