Parking is rough. And they charge more than 24 a day at the garage next to the property.

Thanks for the feedback. Our guests typically find the short 10 yard walk to the public garage next door to be quite convenIent so I‘m sorry you found it a challenge. The rate is indeed $24 per day, but the rate resets at midnight as we clearly point out in our confirmation emails

The accommodations were immaculate and there were even extras I didn’t expect (fan, umbrella and MANY other things) the decor was elegant and cozy. The furniture and bed competed for which was more comfortable to sit on! I could not have been more pleased! If we’re back in the area I will tryTo stay there again and will definitely recommend to others!

Perfect walkable location for all historic Charleston. Great shops and restaurants right outside the door, but not at all noisy. It's an old building so be patient waiting for the hot water, but that was part of the charm! Matt answered my texts within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in Charleston. The condo was as described and had nice finishes. Lots of restaurants and sightseeing to walk to. You really do not need a car. The parking fees (public parking garage) were steep so I recommend using an uber, if needed. Recommended overall.

Condo nice once got in. Check-in disaster. Given wrong suite. Door code opened wrong suite. Occupants already in unit. Drop off luggage should be explained before parking in garage. Garage not good. Would not stay again.
