Terraced flat André A2 is located on the beach road of "Las Marinas" in the town of Els Poblets, Costa Blanca. Las Marinas is known for its 15 kilometres of beaches and numerous different types of beaches. Here you will find the impressive, dreamlike sandy beaches to the natural beaches, stone beach and pebble beach. Everything is in the immediate vicinity. It is only 1 km to the centre of Els Poblets and 8 km to the centre of the district town of Dénia. There you will find the harbour with the ferry to the Balearic Islands and many other excursion possibilities. Els Poblets is located halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (approx. 100 km). You can simply choose the more favourable airport.
You can also easily reach us by car via the AP7 motorway exit Ondara/ Dénia. This is probably safer than travelling by plane during the pandemic.

Since summer 2020 you have a new saltwater pool in the communal area with whirlpool area, water fountain, children's slide, outdoor shower and disabled lift. Of course, you may also use this communal area.

This beautiful holiday flat André (terraced house), which is located directly on the seafront of Las Marinas, was only adapted for wheelchair access on the ground floor in 2020. The holiday home is equipped so that you will find everything you need for your holiday. On the ground floor you have a spacious kitchen with electric and gas hob, as well as a microwave and washing machine. A safe, a pellet stove for the cold season, TV with four satellites in different languages, dining table, sofa bed, decorative bed and fast internet complete the service. Here you will also find the barrier-free shower room. You have a terrace with a cosy seating area and an outdoor barbecue. With the maximum booking for six people, it can be a little cramped.

A staircase in the living area leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe and the other with two single beds. There is also a small terrace and the second air conditioning unit.

A private, fenced car park can be provided free of charge if booked in advance. This can also be shaded with an awning.

You have a new saltwater pool area with whirlpool area, water fountain, children's slide, outdoor shower and disabled lift (to be used free of charge if required)

A care bed and various aids (for a fee) can be provided on request in the open-plan kitchen/living area. Only the ground floor is wheelchair accessible and should only be used up to a maximum wheelchair width of 71 cm. We have other holiday homes for wider wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs.

Excursion possibilities : In the immediate vicinity there are (wheelchair accessible) excursion destinations; Consum 0.6 km, Lidl supermarket 4 km, Aldi supermarket 8 km or 9 km, hospital 7 km, indoor and outdoor swimming pools in the village and up to 4 km in the surrounding area, Denia district town 8 km and harbour town with ferries to Ibiza, Mallorca etc. Calpe Tower and city walls of the old town, old church Iglesia Vieja, Princes' Promenade, Penón Nature Park, walking mosaic archaeological museum, Benidorm Palace beach promenade. Successful evening entertainment with live music and various shows, as well as flamenco. Location description : Els Poblets is a Spanish municipality in the Comunidad Valenciana with 3029 inhabitants, located in the north of the province of Alicante in the Marina Alta region. The special thing about Els Poblets is that the ratio of tourists to locals is not so high, which gives the town its charm. There are predominantly small houses; it is not permitted to build more than three storeys high. Many expats have therefore chosen this location. Even during the high season, the beaches are not overcrowded and there are few parking problems in the village. In winter, most of the houses are inhabited, so you don't feel like you're in a ghost town. The special thing about Els Poblets is that you are only a few minutes by car from the tourist centres and beautiful tourist resorts. However, you don't have the noise and stress of these places and can retreat to peace and quiet after your excursions. As Els Poblets does not have a lot of traffic, it is also possible to use the road for pushchairs and wheelchairs. However, you should always pay attention to the traffic. There are many streets with very little traffic and dead ends. Els Poblets offers the impressive mountains in the hinterland and many large valleys that are used for agriculture with orange, mandarin, lemon and grapefruit plantations. There is also an almond harvest. This gives the area a colourful green and orange character. Here you can experience the impressive charm of Spain. All the shops you need for daily life are close by. There are various shopping facilities in the village: Supermarket, as well as a "German corner" with various shops. There are also restaurants, bars, German bakeries, dentists, a health centre (general practitioner), a private clinic and private doctors. Bus stops to Denia (district town, tourist town).
Other sports and leisure facilities: assistance on the beach, in the immediate vicinity there are several possibilities for disabled and wheelchair users to get into the water with the help of Red Cross staff (Cruz Roja). This service is provided free of charge by the towns and municipalities in the high season. The nearest possibility is just over 4 km from our holiday homes. Many cycle paths invite you to go on excursions next to the green plantations. Here you can enjoy nature and recharge your batteries. Get away from stress and simply switch off. The sea air, the beauty of nature and the peace and quiet will help you do just that. There are also many other opportunities for sport. Golf courses are also nearby. Various water sports are also available.
