This duplex house is located in small complex in a typical Spanish mountainvillage with mini-supermarket and some bars. In the next village, Durcal, you find lots of shops, banks. restaurants and bars.
Albuenuals is located in the Lecrin Valley famous of his orange and almonds trees. Granada city with his famous Alhambra is about 35 minutes drive. People that love nature can make several walking tours in the Valley or in the Alpujarras.
The beaches at the Costa del Sol are also 40 minutes drive.
The duplex house has two stocks.
At the first floor, reached by some steps, you come into the living room, well equiped kitchen and a toilet.
The second floor can be reached by steps. Here you find two bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

There is a small terrace 1,5 x 2,5 m. There is a common pool, but we cannot garantuee that it can be used as it is not always cleaned!
