Set on an idyllic property with plenty of greenery, peace and quiet, and complete privacy, this beautiful estate offers the ideal retreat for you and your loved ones.
The house is comfortable, cosy, and can accommodate up to 12 people. Arrive, enjoy, feel at home, relax, soak up the sun, play, laugh, cook, slow down, and spend time together at the Oase der Ruhe!

Living and dining room with kitchen on the ground floor:

3 bedrooms for 12 people. There are 10 sleeping spots in beds and 2 on single sofa beds.
If you book the basement area of the house as well, 2 additional single beds are available there.

Bedrooms (1 through 3 on the 1st floor)

Bedroom 1: with a double bed (180 x 180 cm) + 2 small single sofa beds (70 x 180)
Bedroom 2: with 4 single beds
Bedroom 3: with 2 double beds
Bathroom: with a shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet

Option to rent the basement area of the house for 98 €/night:
- Sauna & relaxation room with a fireplace
- Shower facilities in the laundry room
- Guest bathroom
- Washing machine & dryer
- This area features 2 single beds for
resting, also suitable for sleeping = 4th Sleeping area

In addition to the basement, a game room can be rented for 50€/night for stays of 7 nights or more; otherwise, 75€/night.
This area can only be booked for the entire rental period. Not available for individual nights.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Both can be rented for a fee.

Dogs are welcome for an additional charge of 15€ per night per pet.
