The condo was beautiful! It was updated and there was a lot of room. The hostswere very nice and went out their way to make sure we had all the information needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

This property was everything my family and I needed. It was right near the beach close to a shopping plaza, and very convenient to walk too. The host/hostess were absolutely wonderful to me. They were accommodating and communicated well. The view of all the balconies are Amazing. The place was clean and had everything we wanted. It was a wonderful experience and i am looking forward to a return stay.

We had the best stay! We loved the spaciousness of the condo, it worked well for our two families! The 3 balconies were an awesome bonus. The beach was steps away and we were able to walk with our beach gear and 3 kids with ease. We hope to stay again in the future!!

Amazing 2nd Stay

We stayed here again for the 2nd season in a row, and for the 2nd time everything was amazing. Love the property, the location, and all the amenities inside. We had additional family members stay this year and even they were wowed. We definitely plan to stay again! We definitely recommend this rental!

Excellent Stay

My family stayed here and the condo was absolutely amazing. Great views, great location, close to the beach, plenty of good food choices nearby, and even close to a nice playground if you want to spend time away from the beach. We didn’t have the best forecast for beach time, but we found plenty to do both inside and outside the condo. I would highly recommend this condo for your next trip to OCMD.

Beautiful Condo Unit and Exceptional Owners

Our family has been coming to OCMD for years and during our last few trips, we have stayed at the Mayfair Beach condo. This building isn’t too old, it has an outdoor pool, ocean block views, is not super crowded and is a quick walk to the beach.

Exceptional condo and great location!

We recently stayed at this condo and it was wonderful ! The planning and attention to detail was noted from the time we rented until check out. The owners were readily available for any questions. The cleanliness, quality furnishings and kitchen supplies were awesome! Highly recommend!!

Beach trip 23

We had a fantastic time. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean when we arrived. I loved the pool and quick walk to the beach. I also appreciated the kitchen stocked with a crockpot, kitchen utensils, and extra cleaning supplies. Definitely want to book this place again next year!

Comfortable Stay

We were so impressed to see that the property looked exactly as advertise. We felt so comfortable in the property. It was the first time in years that our first few hours after arriving weren’t spent cleaning the unit! Can’t say enough about the ocean views from the property. We hope to have the opportunity to rent again next year.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and once again had an amazing time!!! The communication with the owners is so easy and painless. The condo is big and super clean! You can see the ocean and the bay which is a nice bonus. We already booked to come back next year! Cant wait!

Large Beautiful Condo

The condo was spacious and beautiful with three lovely balconies. It was also well equipped and close to the beach and other conveniences within walking distance. The owners texted us to make sure our check-in went smoothly and that we were pleased with our accommodations. We would highly recommend this condo!
