Welcome to our cherished family vacation home, where we’ve created countless memories over the years. Now, as our kids have grown, we’re excited to share this special place with you and your family.

Recently Renovated & Updated

Our 2,000 sq ft. bungalow features modern updates and offers ample space for a comfortable stay. With 4 queen-sized beds and a kids’ room with bunk beds, it’s perfect for families. Upstairs:
* Master Bedroom: Queen bed
* Kids’ Room: Bunk beds (single on top, double on bottom)
* Bathroom: 4-piece (sink, toilet, tub/shower)
* Living Area: Kitchen and living room with Smart Samsung TV

Downstairs:
* Family Room: Large couch and Smart Samsung TV for movie nights
* Bedrooms: Three queen bedrooms with dressers
* Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet
* Laundry Room: HE front loader washer and dryer, second fridge

Additional Areas & Amenities:
* Large Deck: Wrap-around balcony with stunning lake views, BBQ area
* Backyard: Spacious for kids to play, includes a fire pit
* Driveway: Ample parking, basketball hoop, space for boat or sea-doo
* Location: Just five houses up from the lake, offering beautiful views and easy access. Close to the best golf courses and skiiing/snowboarding in the Winter!

Rental Details:
* Primary Renter: Must be at least 28 years old
* Prime Season (July & August): Prefer long-term rentals over weekends
* Damage Policy: Any damage will be deducted from the deposit; renters are responsible for additional costs
* Requirements: As we have a minimum age required for the primary renter, a valid photo ID is required to book. We also require agreement to all property rules as part of booking.

Why they chose this property

Very quaint, quiet, and charming area, that’s close to the lake. We are 5 houses up from the Windermere public beach - and just down from the Windermere Family Pantry grocery and alcohol store, Whitehouse Pub, POW Pizza. Hopkins Harvest is just down the road and offers fresh fruit, vegetables, homemade pizza, sandwiches, coffee and ice cream. Mini golf and Bumper cars are within walking distance. Easy access to the highway - a short drive to most places you’d want to visit!

Our property is unique for its prime location in the safe and quiet Village of Windermere. With ample bedrooms, it’s perfect for families. We’re just five houses up from the beach, offering easy access to lake activities as well as many golf courses within the Windermere/Invermere area, and Panorama Ski Resort in the Winter months is a mere 27 minutes' drive.
