This holiday home is located in Sierksdorf’s villa district and was renovated and partially refurnished in 2025. The ground floor is fully tiled and heated with underfloor heating. The open dining area features a new dining table with five comfortable chairs, perfect for game nights. The adjoining living room features a 3-seater and a 2-seater genuine leather sofa from Himolla. The 3-seater sofa has reclining functions. A flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and board games are provided. From the living room, you can access the patio and the small garden beyond. The patio can be shaded with an electric awning.
The separate kitchen has everything you could want. A dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee maker are provided. Off the kitchen, in a separate alcove, is the washing machine.
The guest bathroom with a window is located in the hallway near the entrance.
The two bedrooms and the shower room are located in the attic of the house. The master bedroom features a new double bed with new mattresses, two built-in wardrobes, a flat-screen TV mounted on the ceiling (so you can watch TV comfortably from bed), and three windows. There’s also room in the master bedroom for the travel cot, which is provided free of charge. In winter, you can see the Baltic Sea from this bedroom—it’s only about 50 metres away. The second bedroom has a small flat-screen TV, a bunk bed, and a 1.20-meter single bed. The approximately 15 m² rooftop terrace (where you can enjoy the evening sun) is accessible from the children’s bedroom.
The stairs can be secured at the top with a provided stair gate.
All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters and are also lockable.
A free parking space on the fully fenced property (with an electric gate) ensures safe storage for your car and any bicycles you bring. Please note that only one dog is allowed in this accommodation. Feel free to contact us if you’d like to bring multiple dogs.
A high chair for the little ones and a travel cot can be booked as add-ons.
