Foi exatamente como eu queria e esperava! Tudo, mercado, padaria, restaurante tudo num só prédio. A sala de jogos foi uma ótima, porque teve um dia que choveu e meu filho e marido ficaram lá o dia todo.. recepção entre os porteiros e as faxineiras eram simpáticos. Estão de parabéns. Vou locar sempre que eu for para Caraguatatuba.

A sacada é a cereja do bolo!

Apê delicioso. Recomendo demais! A sacada é simplesmente fantástica. Dá vontade de não voltar mais embora. 4 estrelas e não 5 vai somente pelos sofás camas serem muito desconfortáveis. Há os sofás e duas almofadas grandes, porém as almofadas tem divisões e durante a noite dá uma dor grande na coluna. Minha esposa e eu preferimos jogá-las no chão e foi um pouco melhor. Alguns colchões de solteiro ou casal salvaria demais as noites, rs. Outra dica: há somente uma cadeira na sacada e uma mesa ali seria fantástico para tomar café da manhã com a vista do mar que é fantástico. Quem alugar levem também detergente, foi algo que saímos pra buscar no Mercado.

A descrição do imóvel é fidedigna. O prédio é organizado e o apartamento no 11 andar com sua localização de frente para a baia torna a estadia algo positivo. Confesso que senti muita falta, no apartamento, de mimos básicos e, até acredito, de baixo custo, tais como: cadeiras, assentos ou qualquer outro dispositivo na varanda. A vista é linda, mas o conforto, na varanda, não é agradável. O espaço estava todo limpo. Isso é um ponto muito positivo, mas fica a sugestão pra que a "equipe de faxina" deixe disponível as lixeiras, com tampa e saquinhos, no banheiro e na cozinha. Também não custa nada ter produtos de limpeza no espaço. Um mero detergente, uma buchinha, papel higiênico (enfim), coisas básicas e de baixo custo de realização, mas que dão uma sensação de acolhimento maior pra quem usa o espaço. O fogão instalado era novo e não tinha ligação na tomada. Desliguei a geladeira pra usar o fogão, por isso, vale uma inspeção visual antes da locação. São pontos de observação e não críticas. Ademais, recomendo a locação, mas deve realmente levar de tudo, pois é tão só o espaço que era sendo locado. Abraços e obrigado!!!
