This modern and light-filled vacation apartment is located in a well-maintained apartment building directly on the Mera River—a dream location between Lake Como and the idyllic Lake Mezzola. The house is located directly on the shore road of the small village of Dascio, so you are always close to the water. The nearest beach is only a few steps away, about 20 meters.
A special highlight is the spacious balcony on the side of the apartment: equipped with a dining table and plenty of space to relax, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and mountains here – the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or a cozy evening watching the sun go down.
Deck chairs for the lake are also available.

You reach the apartment via the shared entrance and staircase; the stairs lead you up to the unit on the mountain side. You first enter the central hallway, from which all rooms of the apartment are accessible.
On the left is the living area with kitchenette, dining table, sofa, and access to the balcony. Adjacent to this is the twin bedroom with two single beds, also with direct access to the balcony. On the right side of the hallway is the cozy double bedroom and the bathroom, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
The apartment is simply, modernly, and practically furnished with light stone floors.

There is parking available directly in front of the house—please park in front of the garage so that it is still possible to get in and out. Additional parking is available directly opposite in front of the sports field.

The apartment is particularly appealing due to its unique location right on the water. Here you can enjoy the idyllic surroundings in every season—with a fantastic view of the lake and mountains that you can relax and enjoy from the balcony. The nearest beach is only about 20 meters away.
Opposite the apartment is a sports field and a playground, making it particularly attractive for families with children. The surrounding area invites you to enjoy a variety of activities: take long walks along the water, explore the region by bike, or set off on short hikes right from your doorstep. SUP or canoe tours are also wonderful to do from here.
The lively town of Gera Lario is easily accessible by bike, and Colico is about a 15-minute drive away. From there, you can take boat trips across Lake Como.
This location offers a great combination of tranquility, nature, and a variety of leisure activities.

In Dascio, there is a small flat beach at the mouth of the river.

Sorico and Gera Lario offer good beach and swimming opportunities. Both beaches are also easily accessible by bike.

In Sorico, La Punta beach on the headland attracts visitors with its sand and shady trees. From here, you can enjoy a sweeping view across the lake to the south.
In Gera Lario, there are several large, gently sloping beaches with natural sandbanks right next to the marina. The sandbanks are exposed depending on the water level, so children can play in the sand. In addition, there are large sunbathing areas and a beautiful children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the beaches.
Both on the headland and in Gera Lario, there are surfing and kitesurfing schools as well as equipment rental. Both are popular water sports spots with reliable wind conditions.

The area is also popular for canoeing and rowing, thanks to the unspoiled nature of the Pian di Spagna nature reserve and the magnificent rowing routes along the Mera River to Lake Como.
