BETWEEN LAKE AND MOUNTAINS, IN THE COUNTRYSIDE!
This gîte, ideal for 2 to 4 guests, is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated farmhouse in a peaceful hamlet, perfect for starting hikes and exploring local attractions.
You will appreciate its comfort, relaxing atmosphere, and welcoming ambiance.
Nearby attractions include:
- The medieval village of Yvoire
- Lake Geneva and its cruises
- The Gorges du Pont du Diable
- Évian and its golf course
- The thermal baths of Évian and Thonon, plus water sports
- Paragliding at Orcier

The gîte features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, one bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet, and ski storage.
Bed linen and baby equipment are provided.
You can set off on hikes with donkeys, electric bikes, or snowshoes.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and must leave the property as found. An optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge. A security deposit is required upon arrival.
