The villa is located in the district of Gornji Špadici. It is only 1,200 metres from the sea and a five-minute drive from the centre of Porec. The house is set in a fully fenced 1,200 m² garden and offers its guests the following: a 36 m² pool surrounded by greenery, sun loungers and seating areas, a summer kitchen with a covered terrace and barbecue, and several parking spaces in the courtyard. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. It has an area of 350 m² on three fully air-conditioned floors with six bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with access to a covered terrace with garden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the lower part of the ground floor, there is a bedroom with its own shower and toilet and direct access to the garden and pool. There is also another bathroom. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with double beds and access to a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. On the mezzanine floor, there is a 25 m² bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. On the second floor, there are two further double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and the green surroundings. Pets are welcome. Youth groups are not permitted.
