The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:



- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)



The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity and 15 cbm/week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

A little paradise for families:

beachnear holiday apartment with private pool, summer kitchen, and beautiful garden; very quiet residential area.



The apartment is located on the groundfloor and the first floor of a two-family house (the main apartment on the ground floor is locked and unoccupied).



The apartment has:



on the ground floor living/dining room (with ceiling fan and TV) and a pavillon with a spacious and fully equipped summer kitchen with barbecue;

on the first floor (with out-side steps) there is one bedroom (with air conditioning and ceiling fan and a living-sleeping room with sofa bed for 2 kids and a single bed, 1 bathroom.



At the groundfloor there is a second apartment, which is closed (and nobody live there).



By the pool, there is an outdoor shower with hot/cold water and an outdoor toilet.



The garden is very tastefully landscaped and offers excellent privacy.



A large parking space is available on the property for guests.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area. Several beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
