Kleines ausreichendes Appartement in toller Lage. Die Parkmöglichkeiten hätten besser sein können sowie die Einrichtung der Küche.

Die Ferienwohnung wurde im schlimmsten Dreckzustand vorgefunden, keine Reinigung, erst nach 3 h,

Außerdem wird bei der Vorstellung der Wohnung immer noch mit einem Strandkorb geworben, diesen gibt es seit 2 Jahren nicht mehr, Vermieter Fa. Sodan stritt das ab, gab aber einen Schlüssel heraus, der dann zu einer peinlichen Doppelbelegung führte. Wir mussten auf den Strandkorb verzichten, hatten und gerade deswegen für die Wohnung entschieden. Das widersprüchliche Verhalten von Firma Sodan hat uns fast den Urlaub versaut. Geholfen haben sie uns nicht, eher auf den Eigentümer der Wohnung verwiesen. Wir waren die Dummen am Ende

Wohnung top , Service verbesserungsfähig

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnanlage war uns vorher bereits bekannt. Für die Mietdauer steht ein Strandkorb zur Verfügung. Hinweise auf dessen Standort bekamen wir erst, nachdem wir uns an die Niederlassung in der Ostseeallee gewandt hatten.

Bei der Anreise wurde keine gemeinsame Begehung durchgeführt. Die Wohnung war in der Anlage nur nach langem Suchen zu finden. Es fehlt ein detaillierter Lageplan oder größere Nummern an den Wohnungen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Alles super zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkgarage für pkw vorhanden, zwar etwas eng, aber hat trotz großen Autos funktioniert. Das einzige, was wir zu bemängeln haben sind die Sitzgelegenheit. Diese sind sehr unangenehm und im Falle schlechten Wetters nicht auf Dauer geeignet. Küche top, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden.
