Sehr guter und freundlicher Service,sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption, sehr gute Lage des Objekts, saubere Wohnung, funktionale Einrichtung,Tiefgaragenplatz sehr eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig, Aufzug defekt,Firma war nicht in der Lage den Aufzug innerhalb von 14 Tagen zu reparieren, Gepäcktransport in die 2. Etage bei An-und Abreise war für uns (73 und 71Jahre) herausfordernd.Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren perfekt.Strand, Strandpromenade, Toiletten und Kühlungsborn selbst waren sehr gepflegt und sauber.Vernünftige Regelungen für Fußgänger und Radfahrer, die von Radfahrern leider oft ignoriert wurden

Gemütliches Appartement mit tollem Blick

Es war ein ruhiges, sauberes Appartement. Der Blick vom Balkon war super. Das Haus ist recht gemütlich. Im Appartement hat man klare angenehme Luft, nicht wie sonst oft chemische Ausdünstungen durch neue Möbel. Die Wahl der Einrichtung ist somit gelungen. Klasse, dass ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gehört!
