This spacious, modern one-room corner apartment on the ground floor of the "Metropol" building, measuring approximately 40 m², features a large tiled living room/bedroom with a double box-spring bed (160x200), a sofa area, and a dining area right by the window. The living area also features a flat-screen TV, a radio, and Wi-Fi (service not guaranteed). The kitchenette, which opens onto the living room and features an oven, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop, is fully equipped.[nbsp] The hallway leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet. The sheltered east-facing balcony, furnished with balcony furniture, offers the opportunity to sit outside. Pets are allowed upon prior notice. Bedding and towels are provided upon arrival. A parking space can be booked for an additional fee.
