Visitor’s Tax/Overnight Stay Tax of the Hanseatic City of Wismar (5%):
The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

The Altstadt Fairmietung holiday apartment welcomes you in the heart of Wismar’s Old Town. Free Wi-Fi is available, and Wismar’s main train station is just 300 m away.
The apartment offers a magnificent view over the rooftops of Wismar and of St. Nicholas Church. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchenette features a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a toaster, a hob, and kitchen utensils.
From the apartment, you can easily explore Wismar’s sights on foot. The historic Schabbellhaus Museum is a 3-minute walk away, the market square with the “Wasserkunst” fountain and City Hall is a 5-minute walk away, and the Wassertor gate and the Old Harbour are a 10-minute walk away.
Our house is an old townhouse. We’ve worked hard to restore its original character while still providing all modern comforts in our apartments. The driveway has been completely renovated, and our guests can now use their own parking space right next to the property (use of the parking spaces is at your own risk; gate dimensions: 2.33 m wide and 2 m high).
