The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

This cosy basement apartment for two people combines modern living comfort with a quiet, central location near the Old Harbour. Whether you’re looking for relaxing walks along the Baltic Sea coast, cultural discoveries in the Old Town, or simply a little time away for two—here you’ll find the ideal starting point for your holiday.

The apartment is non-smoking; pets are not allowed.

Kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, double hob, range hood, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (filter size 2), electric kettle, hand blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, various pots and pans, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, cooking utensils such as whisks, spatulas, salad servers, bowls, etc. Dustbin, hand broom and dustpan, as well as tea towels are also provided. Small dining table with 2 chairs, coat hooks, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, cleaning bucket, scrub brush, etc.

Various shopping options for daily needs, such as Penny, Lidl, a bakery, Rossmann, and others, are located 700 metres away and are easily accessible on foot or by bike.
In Wismar itself, you’ll find plenty of culture, art, and a welcoming variety of dining options. Stroll through the beautiful city centre, take a walk with a fish sandwich or an ice cream at the old harbour, visit the zoo or the technology museum, and enjoy many other activities. It’s no wonder the old town is an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The island of Poel is just a stone’s throw away. There you’ll find natural beaches and beautiful sandy shores, as well as many bike paths to explore the nature and beauty of this island. A 30-minute drive will take you to the seaside resort of Boltenhagen to the west of Wismar and the holiday town of Rerik to the east.
