In the cosy living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sleeper sofa, which is perfect for additional guests. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, invites you to enjoy restful nights after a day at the beach.

Families are well taken care of: A high chair and a travel cot (without bedding) are available—ideal for a holiday with children.

The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area offers everything you need to cook together and start the day off right. From here, you can step directly onto the balcony, which leads to the garden—perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air with a cup of coffee.

The modern bathroom features a shower and offers everything you need for your comfort.
During peak season, you’ll also have your own beach chair at your disposal—your personal retreat by the sea! Two bicycles are also included and invite you to take leisurely rides along the Baltic Sea coast. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.

Note: A parking space in the Technology Park (DT) can be rented for a fee (approx. 15–20 minutes’ walk from Warnemünde’s city centre, subject to availability).
