Gîte le Jolia – Cottage with Pool
Gîte Jolia is set in the countryside, at the heart of an organic wine and olive estate, just 3 km from Nyons. It is adjacent to the Apivita cottage and the owner’s residence.
Each accommodation is independent, with its own entrance and private outdoor space. The access road is unpaved but fully accessible by car, motorcycle, or bicycle. A shaded parking area is located 10 meters from the house.
Jolia is a newly built 65 m² duplex, designed by an architect for optimal comfort. The ground floor features a living room and fully equipped kitchen; upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bathroom. Amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, new bedding with duvet, and weekly rentals include sheets.
The terrace, right by the vineyards, offers panoramic views of the Pre-Alps, Mont Ventoux, and the Dentelles de Montmirail. This shaded, peaceful space is perfect for relaxing. The 10 x 5 meter pool with steps is shared between the two cottages and the owner, located just below. The pool area also has sun loungers, a shaded spot, and views of Mont Ventoux.
