In this 4-roomapartment on the 1st floor, up to 6 guests plus a toddler can enjoy their holiday in a spacious 123 square metres of living space.
The dining area and the cosy living room offer plenty of space for 6 people to enjoy meals together and watch TV in the evenings. The large, modern living area features ample seating as well as a flat-screen satellite TV. The large windows let in plenty of natural light.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a stove with oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
All three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (2 double beds measuring 160x200 and 1 double bed measuring 180x200), and some also feature a wardrobe and/or dressers.
The full bathroom with shower, bathtub, and toilet, as well as the additional separate guest bathroom, round out the accommodation.
Special Features

Thanks to its spacious layout, this non-smoking holiday rental is ideal for a family holiday in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. For our younger guests, a travel cot with a matching mattress and a high chair are available in the apartment. There is no balcony here.
A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the shared laundry room on the 2nd floor of the building.

Bicycles

There is a simple bike rack for bicycles in the courtyard. There is no storage shed or similar facility.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the holiday rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by up to three guests, including utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a holiday rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
