Schön modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit genügend Platz und Stau Möglichkeiten. Küche sehr gut sortiert. Grosse Terrasse mit Blick Richtung Berge um Ascona. Abschliessbare Einzel Garage. Die Sonnerie erfüllt zwar Ihre Funktion ist aber Optisch ausgelaugt. Haustüre/mit drei diversen Schliesssystemen KABA8 usw. ist in Handhabung Gewöhnungsbedürftig.
