The lawn is ideal for children to play on and the outdoor areas around the house make for a great place to play hide-and-seek and other outdoor games. The 10-metre-long pool is a real eye-catcher with its bright blue mosaic tiles and the semi-circular, wide entrance with steps that make it easy to enter the pool. Comfortable sun loungers are available for extensive sunbathing under the blue Mediterranean sky. Here you can relax to your heart's content and simply leave the stress of everyday life behind you. Three steps lead up to the covered terrace, which offers a wonderful and airy vantage point. When the weather is fine, you can enjoy all your meals at the dining table set up here and enjoy the view of the greenery together. In the mornings, it's particularly fun to make plans for the day ahead. The veranda is just as attractive on a warm evening, which you might like to spend with a hearty barbecue. The terrace leads directly into the living area of the house in a classic style. Here you are greeted by light colours and lots of wood, which blend harmoniously with the floor tiles, windows and doors. The combined living/dining area with integrated kitchen has two cosy sofas that invite you to relax. If you feel like it, you can listen to music here or be entertained by a good film, as the technical equipment is conveniently installed here. You can enjoy a tasty indoor dinner together at the dining table between the sofas and the kitchen. In the kitchenette, which is loosely separated from the living area by a counter, you will find everything you need for everyday use, including an Italian coffee machine and a kettle. On cool evenings, a fire helps to make this large living room warm and cosy. On warm evenings, the ceiling fan provides a refreshing breeze. From here, a beautiful marble staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. Cosy and bright bedrooms, also furnished with lots of wood, provide the ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. There is a bed measuring 1.5 x 1.9 metres and two beds, each measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. You don't need to worry about bringing a hairdryer from home, as this is available on site, as is an iron.



The harbour area of the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi (19 km) is recommended for short excursions. If you are a fan of beach holidays, Villa Es Figueral is the perfect place for you. The most beautiful beaches on the south-east coast, such as the family-friendly Es Trenc beach, are not far away and can be reached quickly in a hire car. At the end of an eventful day out, you can return to your holiday villa and round off the day as you please.
