Nestled in the lush hills surrounding Artà, the charming villa "Son Frare" offers complete privacy and breathtaking views. This completely restored quarry stone house has mint green shutters and a marvellous sun terrace with private pool.







The pool area with sun loungers and parasols opens onto a shaded terrace with a cosy seating area and portable barbecue, perfect for relaxing evenings.



Inside, modern comfort is combined with rustic charm. The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen offer an inviting atmosphere with plenty of natural light streaming in through large windows. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and the dining table seats six people. There are two bedrooms: a twin bedroom on the ground floor and an open-plan master bedroom with a queen-size bed (1.6 metres) and en-suite bathroom upstairs. The master bedroom leads to a private terrace with stunning views, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small groups.



The villa is located in a fantastic rural setting close to the small medieval town of Artà. Just 2 km away you will find shops for daily needs, a lovely weekly market on Tuesdays as well as good cafés and restaurants. Cala Ratjada with its many attractive bars along the promenade is also worth a visit. The villa is only a few kilometres away from popular sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal or Cala Bono. Enjoy cycling or walking along the Via Verde, as the 30 km route from Manacor to Artà is generally very flat and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
