The elegantly furnished living area extends over two floors and has an open-plan design. On the ground floor there is an inviting entrance hall, a cosy living room with fireplace, a spacious dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and a guest WC. A staircase leads up to a gallery with a desk and sofa, from where you can access the sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom, including a large bedroom for four people and two double bedrooms.



If you reach Manacor via the Ma-15, S'Espinagar is not far away, as it is located between the pretty harbour towns of Portocolom and Porto Cristo. In absolute tranquillity close to other prestigious country houses, the family-friendly Villa Mar d'es Teix is situated on a large plot with wonderful sea views, only approx. 3 km from a small village with shops for daily needs and from the beach. The coastal road is ideal for spontaneous excursions to new bays and promenades such as Cala d'Or.
