The mountain hut "Cas Sito" in the north of Mallorca is nestled in the wild nature of the Tramuntana mountains. It offers you the rare opportunity to wake up in the middle of a spectacular world heritage site.







Ancient olive trees and lush green plants form a shady jungle around the cosy terraces of the hillside property, making it easy to relax. Even in the hot summer months. The property is accessed via a driveway and via the two terraces at the front of the house. While the first terrace offers a rustic dining area in the shade of lush vegetation, the second terrace offers a great view of the impressive mountain front. The garden offers a brick barbecue, a sunny, sheltered area with sun loungers and several other cosy dining areas.



Inside, the living space is spread over two levels. The main entrance leads to the upper level with an open-plan living area with fireplace, dining area and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The area has hot/cold air conditioning. A staircase leads down to the lower floor. Thanks to the hillside location, the three double bedrooms also have a view of the garden. The three well-kept sleeping areas share a modern bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with radiators so that hikers and cyclists can find a cosy retreat after extensive tours.



The mountain house is located on a hillside plot with lush nature in the centre of the Tramuntana mountains in the north of Mallorca. The bay of Cala Tuent and its restaurant are 13 minutes away on foot or 3 minutes by car. There are interesting cycling and hiking routes, for example to the Gorg Blau and Cúber reservoirs.
