Just 100 metres from the beach, it is ideally located, which means that a hire car is hardly necessary and there is no need for a pool. The Mediterranean Sea, with its refreshing breeze and the scent of pine trees, is practically on the doorstep.
The outdoor area of the villa is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and ensures privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Two covered terraces offer plenty of opportunities to relax. One has a dining area with comfortable, high-quality furniture near the charcoal barbecue, which is ideal for both breakfast and dinner. The second terrace is a relaxing lounge corner, ideal for unwinding in the evening. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing or a relaxing siesta.
