Accommodation for 06 people, with 01 parking space (collective), automated gate, elevator. With ceiling fans, 50 'TV in the living room, DVD and stereo, 40' TV's in the bedrooms, all household items. Located at 70 mt from the beach. No pets and smokers allowed. Family building. Near Kiosk 35 - Guilhermina Beach, the best beach in Praia Grande.
