The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the complex, just about 900 m from the Baltic Sea beach and the idyllic Selliner See. Bakeries, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance within the complex.

The holiday apartment was partially renovated in 2025 and offers free Wi-Fi as well as a modern TV with streaming capabilities. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, blackout curtains, a convenient luggage rack, and high-quality bed linens provided as part of the initial setup. The living room has a cosy double sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/toilet, a hair dryer, a cosmetic mirror, and a welcome kit with shampoo and hand soap. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything a cook’s heart desires: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, milk frother, and much more. Additionally, the amenities include, among other things, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit for emergencies, and a clothes rack.
