Located in the peaceful village of Saint-Martin de l'Arçon, in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, this 60 m² house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. It offers one bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing your meals. The house features a TV, washing machine, and beautiful mountain views.
Enjoy a large private garden of 5,000 m², an open terrace, and a barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.
Shared on-site parking is available. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
At the foot of the Caroux massif and close to the Héric gorges, you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, climbing, kayaking, or golf. Discover the wine routes of Roquebrun and Saint-Chinian. The Lamalou-les-Bains spa resort is 12 km away, and many sites and monuments are nearby to explore.
