At 50 m (03 minutes) from one of the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Bahia, in a gated community, with restricted access and total security 24 hrs. The house is cozy, has pool with wet deck, gourmet space with electric barbecue, 2 decks, 4 rooms with split air conditioning, 2 of them are suites, bathrooms with hot shower, box in blindex and granite countertops. Take care of the pool and garden.
The beds are box spring with springs and can be tidied up for couple or single. It also has a living and dining area, laundry area with washing machine, complete dependence, fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, 6 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric oven, and sandwich maker .
The house also offers television with TV with access to Netflix, stereo, plus wireless internet included.
