The apartment features wooden floors in the living areas and kitchen, a modern fitted kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with 3-star freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and tableware. SAT-TV and Wi-Fi are available. The apartment is non-smoking. Trash bags, two rolls of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, salt, rinse aid, dish soap, coffee filters, and a small selection of spices are provided. A parking space is available in front of the house.
