For shared use: swimming pool (18 x 9 m, depth 90 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). WC in the pool area, shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced), garden. In the house: sauna, fitness room. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 5 km. Sports harbour 5 km, marina 5 km, golf course 3.7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, y Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. From October to May, the swimming pool will be covered and heated.
