The Koje Apartment is a high-quality, non-smoking apartment covering 21 square metres. The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom with a kitchenette, a hallway, and a bathroom. Your holiday apartment also features a southeast-facing terrace with patio furniture.

The combined living room and bedroom features a double bed. A sideboard and a small closet provide storage space for your luggage. The new kitchenette is located in the apartment and features a portable double induction cooktop. There is also a dining table with two chairs. For entertainment, you’ll find a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV with cable. Your natural-light bathroom has a shower with a shower enclosure, a hair dryer, and, of course, plenty of storage space. The hallway features a coat rack, a mirror, and a built-in safe. The “Koje” apartment is located on the ground floor of the Seestern building, in Entrance 1. Other holiday apartments owned by our company are located in the immediate vicinity of this apartment. It’s very easy to rent multiple units together here.
The Holiday Apartments
Our holiday apartments in Ueckermünde are high-quality, fully furnished units located right on the waterfront. All bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, and the patio doors each have an insect screen. Blackout curtains are available in all bedrooms. Each holiday rental provides a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. Parking spaces are available for an additional fee in the lagoon town on the Haff. Smoking is not permitted in any of the holiday rentals, and you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to many of the accommodation.
The Lagoon Town
The Lagoon Town on the Haff is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uecker River’s mouth where it flows into the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The lagoon town offers 380 boat slips, a boat fuelling station, a boat launch, and parking areas for boat caravans. If you don’t want to bring your own boat, you can use our rental service located in the harbour on the lagoon. Motorboats, jet skis, and canoes are available for rent here. Boats that don’t require a licence are also available.
Aside from its maritime location, the spacious, well-maintained resort has much more to offer. For sports activities, there’s a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop, and a small football field. A children’s playground is also available here. In the lagoon town, you’ll find a bistro where you can even enjoy breakfast. If you prefer to cook for yourself, you can use the bread roll delivery service on the premises. The barbecue area for your own grill parties rounds out the amenities.
Ueckermünde Beach
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, located just 200 metres from Lagunenstadt, is equally popular with all beachgoers. When it comes to dining, you can choose from various seafood and snack stands or stop by the beautiful beach hall. In addition to beach volleyball courts, a bungee trampoline facility, and a mini-golf course, the water sports centre is a real crowd-pleaser.
The Seaside Resort of Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town over 750 years old that has been beautifully restored. The town’s central square is the market square. Concerts are often held here in the summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants dot the townscape. Otherwise, within walking distance, you’ll find the usual range of services typical of a German seaside resort—from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Special highlights certainly include the town cinema and the pier of the Oderhaff Reederei Peters, which offers not only tours of the lagoon but also excursions to Usedom and Poland. The zoo in Ueckermünde is always worth a visit. A special highlight is our 3D black-light indoor mini-golf course in the old train station in Ueckermünde. It’s the perfect change of pace after—or instead of—a day at the beach.
