Beautifully renovated DOWNTOWN Blowing Rock condo, 2BR 2 Bath

Welcome to our lovely Blowing Rock home!

Our home has just undergone an extensive renovation project and we are anxious to share it with you!

You will enter the condo from a beautiful porch/balcony, complete with table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a lovely view of the complex. When you enter the living area, you will immediately see a warm, inviting, comfortable area to share with your family and friends. The sofa converts into a queen size bed. If you choose to prepare meals, you will be very pleased with the lovingly renovated kitchen, which features new cabinets, countertops and appliances. Off of the living area are two private bedrooms, each equipped with private bathrooms. One bathroom features a new walk-in shower, while the second bathroom features a traditional shower/tub combination.

Our guests LOVE the location of our property! Located in downtown Blowing Rock, it is an easy stroll from our condo to the center of downtown. You won't have to deal with finding a parking spot in Blowing Rock. Instead, simply park in our parking lot and walk to beautiful parks, wonderful restaurants, fantastic shops and many family friendly activities.

If you prefer to venture out in the area, our condo is conveniently located to the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Appalachian State University, Appalachian Ski Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, and many more scenic attractions.

While at our condo, be sure to check out the beautiful stream that flows on the edge of the property (a kid favorite). By the stream, you will find a grill, picnic table, basketball goal, horseshoes, etc. Another favorite spot is the gazebo, located in the courtyard of our building.

Our family has owned this condo for many years and we take great pride in our property. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our mountain home.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location- walking distance to town but away from the traffic and crowds. It was quiet at night. It was homey and comfortable and provided much more space than the typical rooms at many of the local inns.

Golf/vacation getaway to the mountains.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was in great condition and it’s a perfect location for visiting Blowing Rock in the surrounding areas. Vanessa was quick to respond with any questions and checked in during the week to make sure we were having an enjoyable time and everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again.

Ww thoroughly enjoyed our stay i. This sweet condo. Had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The front door was a bit hard to close and would suggest a better description on how to use keypad. The location is perfect. Short walk to downtown. This is our second time staying in this complex but first in this unit. We will definitely stay here again. And the owner was very good about staying in touch.

Great location and great communication with owner

This condo is very easy to access from the main highway and is a very convenient five minute walk to Downtown Blowing Rock. The communication with the owner before and during the stay was excellent. The unit has all of the necessities covered and the property is well maintained. With each morning's new snow, someone was there promptly to salt the sidewalks and plow the parking lots. This condo's proximity to the downtown and the highway made it the perfect hub to explore everything the area has to offer.

We just finished a three night stay at this wonderful property and had a perfect stay. The condo is cozy and cheerful, beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet complex, within walking distance to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The owner was so kind and communicated with us quickly for anything we needed. WiFi connected easily as did our streaming services. We will certainly seek out this property again when we return to the area. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as advertised and was clean upon arrival. The owner provided detailed instructions for arrival and departure. The only recommendation I have would be to maybe provide some K-cups for the keurig coffee maker. The property is conveniently located and all of the great shops and dining are within a 5 minute walk. Our family stayed there to attend a wedding at Chetola Resort, and would certainly stay there again for another visit to BRNC!

We have stayed in this condo complex before, but first time for this unit. Everything was great. Exactly as described. Clean as a whistle. The AC situation isn't ideal: one unit in the main room (living/dining/kitchen) and fans in the bedrooms. Fortunately it cools down at night in Blowing Rock. Great location for this property. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
