Location

The Timmare II building, constructed in 2016, is located at Wolburgstr. 12 in Timmendorfer Strand. Here you’ll find high-quality, newly furnished holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea. The beach is about 300 metres away, and the centre of Timmendorfer Strand—with its pedestrian zone and many cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques—is also about 300 metres away. Supermarkets and a bakery are within a few minutes’ walk.

A modern, lovingly furnished apartment on the 1st floor for 3 people awaits you. The Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental features a living room with a high-quality sofa set, flat-screen TV, stereo system, and DVD/Blu-ray player, as well as an open-concept kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine. A lovely dining area, perfect for making holiday plans, rounds out this space.

The Timmendorfer Strand holiday rental features two separate bedrooms. Bedroom I is equipped with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, while Bedroom II features a single bed (90x200 cm) and another flat-screen TV. To ensure you get a restful night’s sleep, the bedrooms in the holiday rental can be darkened.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. A sunny south/east-facing balcony with high-quality patio furniture invites you to relax and sunbathe.

This is a non-smoking holiday apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
Note
An apartment building is being constructed on the neighbouring property—at Wilhelmstr. 14—and is scheduled for completion by June 2028. As of September 2026, a foundation pit has been excavated, but construction on the new building has not yet begun. In the event that you are nevertheless disturbed by construction noise during your stay, we will offer you a 10% discount on the base room rate for the affected weekdays upon checkout.
