Der Ostseeferienpark Seepferdchen ist für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert. Die Nähe zum Strand, ausreichenden Betätigungsmöglichkeiten (Gespensterwald, Spielplätze und weiteres), und die günstige Lage von Nienhagen (-> Ausflüge nach Warnemünde, Rostock, Bad Doberan mit Dampflok Molli und Sommerrodelbahn, weiteres) sind sehr ansprechend. Wir kommen am liebsten im August wenn sowohl die HanseSail in Rostock als auch das ansässige Nienhagener Gespensterwaldfest stattfinden und das Wolfhagener Puppentheater in Nienhagen gastiert.
