The villa features a private (heated) pool and three terraces on three levels, a conservatory, and a barbecue area.
The modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and dining table with direct views of the coast and the sea. The rooftop terrace offers a cozy lounge area.
There is also a dining and lounge area on the terrace in front of the kitchen.
Parking is available on the street directly in front of the house.
Shopping facilities are just a short drive away. Beaches (La Cala de Mijas, Max Beach, Cabopino) are a 10-15 minute drive away. Marbella and Malaga Airport are 25-30 minutes away.
The house and the heated pool offer complete privacy and tranquility. The street is a cul-de-sac.
The house is not wheelchair accessible.
Parties are not allowed.
