Located in the heart of Salento, just 2.5 km from the famous Baia di Torre dell'Orso and close to the medieval village of Roca Nuova, Tenuta degli Ulivi is a prestigious residence designed for an exclusive stay. Surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove of about 5,000 sqm, the villa offers total privacy, spacious communal areas, and is perfect for large groups, big families, or private events.



The property accommodates up to 17 guests, ensuring the right balance between togetherness and independence. It features 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. Every room has air conditioning, mosquito nets, LED TV, safe, and Wi-Fi.



The large 60 sqm living area boasts wide sliding glass doors on three sides, with a dining table and chairs overlooking the garden. The professional masonry kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, espresso and American coffee machines, and kettle.



The wellness area and outdoor park include a Biodesign pool (13 m x 6 m x 1.85 m) with natural infinity edge, beach area, hydromassage, and sun shelf. Open from May to October. Thanks to natural stone technology, the water temperature stays pleasant. The area is fully fenced for children's safety. There is also an outdoor shower and a solarium area.



A professional barbecue area with grill and wood-fired oven is ideal for outdoor dinners. The strategic location allows you to reach the Marine of Melendugno (San Foca, Roca, Grotta della Poesia) and Otranto in minutes.



Large private parking for 6 cars. Washing machine and welcome kit available. The villa is family and pet friendly.
