House localized in a village by the sea, with mountain surroundings, ideal for relaxing while enjoying traditional Portuguese life. The house has a swimming pool above the ground of 7.32 meters x 3.66 meters x 1.32 meters. The garden has chairs, garden table and sun loungers. Beach at 10 minutes walking. Green, calm and quiet areas nearby. The owners live on the ground floor, but as you can see on the photos, you have your own entrance and total independence.

Esposende is a quiet and small seaside town, lively in the summer; which stretches across the Cavado and Neiva rivers, where there is a protected landscape area, and over the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for hiking or biking on the beach, walkways over the dunes and the seaside, by the 2 nearby rivers or in the mountains. Aquatic sports or horse riding are other possibilities ... A picturesque site, Esposende is located right in the middle of the Portuguese Coastal Way of Saint James (Caminho Português da Costa de Santiago de Compostela). Restaurants, bars, shops, swimming pools, golf… nearby.

Situated in the “Costa Verde” (Green Coast) region, in the center of the northern coast of Portugal, it allows you to visit Porto at 45 km, Barcelos at 15 km, Povoa de Varzim at 20 km, Viana do Castelo and Vila do Conde at 25 km, Braga at 35 km, Ponte de Lima at 50 km, Guimaraes at 55 km, Peneda-Gerês Nacional Natural Park at 70 km and is situated at 55 km from the Spanish border. Land of wine, folklore, monasteries and churches ... Place of the origin of Portugal, it combines history and modernity with natural landscapes.

Lovely stay

Lovely clean property and owners went out of their way to welcome us and help make our holiday special. Great setting in view of the sea in an unspoilt part of Portugal. Only a short drive to the city delights of Porto (I recommend parking in Matosinhos and catching public transport or the hop-on buses) and Viana do Castelo worth a visit.

Notre couple d'hôtes nous a très bien accueillis, ils ont pris le temps de nous recevoir et de nous proposer une boisson à notre arrivée. Tout au long du séjour, il se sont souciés de notre bien-être. Ils sont par ailleurs d'une grande discrétion. Ils parlent tous les deux français. La maison est propre, spacieuse et bien équipée.

Quiet clean place in rural area, close to ocean and couple minutes drive to Esposende. The host has made a welcoming place with well tended garden, pool, BBQ pit, several patios and decks to watch the sunset. Very relaxing place.

A propriedade é exatamente como descrito no anúncio, parte de cima privada com acesso a churrasqueira e piscina. Ótimo estadia! Fomos muito bem recebidos, os donos sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A piscina estava limpa e era confortável para todo o grupo usufruir dela (4 adultos e 2 crianças). Nous avons passés deux semaines agréables avec des personnes très accueillantes et sympathiques , côté équipement juste un petit bémol avec la télévision à remplacer.(un peu trop vieille) Endroit calme et reposant pour passer de bonne nuit. Beaucoup de sites à visiter.
