This spacious 150 m² holiday apartment in Hilzingen welcomes up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a stylish living area with an 85-inch TV, sound system, and tablet controls, plus a large open kitchen with island and a long dining table. The first bedroom features a TV and walk-in closet; the second bedroom offers plenty of space. The main bathroom includes a rain shower, double sinks, and a toilet; there is also a separate WC. Enjoy mountain views of Hohentwiel, one of the 5 Hegau volcanoes, private Wi-Fi with TV, and convenient check-in with a staff member.



Relax in the garden or on the covered terrace, sunbathe, or use the barbecue. The outdoor pool is available during warm months depending on the weather. Pool towels are provided. The outdoor area is fully fenced, offers privacy, and is secured with video surveillance and an alarm system.



You have two private parking spaces at the house. Pets are welcome. Events are not permitted on the property.



Benefit from the direct location at the A81 Hilzingen exit, just 10 km from Lake Constance and 3 km from the Swiss border. Nearby, you can go boating, stand-up paddling, swimming, hiking, visit restaurants, explore parks, rent bikes, and see the Rhine Falls. There are many shopping options close by. Singen city center is easily reached by public transport.

Tolle Wohnung, wie auch auf den Bildern erkennbar, aber...

Pros: ... die beiden Ansprechpartner vor Ort Sybilla und Patrick sind einfach unschlagbar, herzlicher persönlicher Empfang, immer für uns ansprechbar, hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich willkommen wie bei Freunden. Wir sind heute erst abgereist und vermissen beide jetzt schon. Wir sehen uns wieder!!! Cons: Nichts!

Es war ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren super nett.

Pros: Das Haus hatte einen sehr schönen Pool. Und der Gastgeber hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, damit ich, 77 Jahre alt, auch rein kann. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte mal dort. Cons: Darüber kann ich nichts sagen, weil es nichts gab, was uns nicht gefallen hätte.
