Cozy vacation home with roof terrace and sea view in the heart of Pitsidia

The cozy, two-story vacation home Spiti Chará is situated in a quiet location near the village square of Pitsidia and offers an ideal combination of relaxation and village life.

On the ground floor you will find a very well-equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table, a comfortable sofa area (sleeping accommodation for 2 people) with internet TV, a storage room with washing machine and a guest toilet.
Directly in the entrance area, a terrace invites you to linger.

A wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor. Here you will find a hallway, spacious bright bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the bedroom, you have access to the balcony. A (very) narrow iron spiral staircase leads from there to the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is a real highlight: it offers a beautiful sea view, an impressive mountain panorama of the Ida Mountains and the Lefka Ori as well as views of the surrounding village houses. A shade roof ensures pleasant hours even on hot days.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, espresso machine, electric stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hand blender, toaster and sandwich maker.

In the bedroom, an air conditioning system with cooling and heating function ensures pleasant temperatures at any time of the year.

The living area remains naturally cool in summer and warm in winter thanks to the thick stone walls.

Hot water is available at all times.

A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, so that all amenities are provided even for a long-term rental.

Parking is available on the street, about 50 m from the house.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the vacation home – ideal for flexibly combining work and relaxation.
