Located in Sole Ruju within a beautiful residence, this 70 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, a comfortable double sofa bed, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, TV, and a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two more rooms with two single beds and one double bed, plus an additional bathroom. For families, a baby cot and high chair are available. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a tray of Sardinian sweets, a bottle of house wine with a special dedication for guests, and a small bottle of olive oil to enjoy.



Outside, relax in your private garden or on the open terrace while taking in the mountain views. Outdoor amenities include a private barbecue and access to a shared outdoor pool.



Parking includes a shared on-site space and street parking. You may bring one small pet and enjoy self check-in for maximum convenience. Please note, events are not allowed on the property.
