Stunning apartment in Prestigious Grange area close to Morningside & Marchmont

This is a beautiful, spacious and bright drawing room flat, on the first floor of a converted Victorian house. Recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard, retaining many period features including the Victorian staircase, cornicing and original marble fireplaces. There are open views across to Arthur's Seat, a famous Edinburgh landmark.
The 2 bedrooms are spacious.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk in wardrobe and the second bedroom contains a king sized bed that can be split into 2 single beds if required. There is also a travel cot suitable for babies if required
The Drawing Room has a television with DVD player. A DAB radio, free secure wifi, and a bluetooth speaker are also available for guests' entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven,microwave, dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, all crockery cutlery & utensils.
The modern bathroom has a bath and shower.
The property has gas central heating with a combi boiler which provides 24 hour hot water.
There is a private garden for guests to enjoy.

Located in a quiet residential area, guests benefit from being able to park outside the property and there is an excellent bus service to the city centre - or a pleasant stroll if required. Great accommodation for families there is also a private garden area with furniture where guests can relax.
