Very cosy, comfortable 2-family house "Centro Storico Porlezza". In the centre of Porlezza 11 km from the centre of Menaggio, 16 km from the centre of Lugano, 44 km from the centre of Como, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 140 m from the lake. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 50 m, bakery 70 m, pedestrian zone 20 m, bicycle rental 1 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Lugano" 18 km, grass beach, 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Marina 250 m, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, surf school 25 km, sailing school 12 km, cycle lane 900 m, children's playground 750 m. Nearby attractions: Cascate di Begna, Grotte di Rescia, Villa Fogazzaro Roi, Menaggio, Lugano, Como. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago di Piano. Hiking paths: Monte Galbiga, Monte Grona, Riserva Naturale della Valsolda. Please note: suitable for families.
