For shared use: natural state property with flowers and trees, meadow. In the house: fitness room, massage (extra). Lift, storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking on the premises, communal covered parking (extra). E-charging station. Shop 400 m, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Verbrauchermarkt Lechbruck" 500 m.
