This bungalow is located on the outskirts of the Marina Park called Aquaronde.
It's surrounded by a garden with a parking space, a sunbathing lawn, and two waterfront terraces.
A wonderful spot to enjoy the outdoors together at any time of day. The swimming ladder is available for a refreshing dip in the summer or a refreshing winter swim in the winter.
The living room is comfortably furnished and features a smart TV and Wi-Fi.
There's a large sofa and two armchairs, a dining table, and a new, open-plan kitchen.
Sliding doors lead directly onto your private waterfront terrace.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A new bathroom with a walk-in shower is scheduled for winter 2024.
A beautiful walk-in shower, double sinks, and an additional toilet are also included. An additional guest toilet is in the hallway.
A washing machine is available in the storage room.
There's space to store your bicycles in the shed.
