Spacious 8th-floor penthouse with a fold-away bed for 2, ideal for couples or small families. Bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to a sunny 34 m² terrace with table, 4 chairs and a lounge set. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Lift to the 7th floor, then a few steps. Great location: beach across the street, tram, shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included. Bring your own sheets/towels.
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
